Vlad Rozanovich joined Lenovo in June 2021 as Senior Vice President and President of Lenovo’s North America International Sales Organization (ISO). In this role he is responsible for driving revenue and profit growth in NA for Lenovo’s three primary business groups: Intelligent Devices Group (PC and mobile), Infrastructure Solutions Group, and Solutions and Services Group.
Vlad previously spent 24 years at AMD, most recently as Corporate Vice President, Enterprise and Server Sales.
Vlad holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University with a minor in Business Administration. He and his family live in Raleigh, NC.
VP, NA Channel, North America International Sales Organization, Lenovo
Rob Cato has over 27 years of sales leadership experience in the IT industry with Lenovo and IBM. In 2021, Lenovo named Rob its North America ISO Channel Chief. In this role, he is responsible for driving Lenovo’s customer-centric technology, solutions, and services with and through key NA distributors, NSPs, MSPs and VARs.
Prior to his channel leadership position, Rob served as Executive Director of the Lenovo North America PCSD organization’s Public Sector, Healthcare, Workstation, and OEM Sales groups.
Rob actively supports Lenovo’s education nonprofit partner, NAF, in its mission to ensure high school students are college-, career-, and future-ready.
He is a graduate of North Carolina State University, and lives with his family in Wake Forest, NC.
SVP of Technology Communications and Strategic Alliances, DreamWorks Animation
Kate Swanborg is SVP of Technology Communications and Strategic Alliances for DreamWorks Animation. She is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the studio’s worldwide technology communications and business-to-business alliance efforts on behalf of the studio’s technology partners.
In her role, Kate promotes DreamWorks’ dedication to leveraging innovative technologies that enable the studio’s filmmakers and artists and provide the foundation for new technology business initiatives. A practiced public speaker, Kate is frequently requested to provide keynote addresses to further DreamWorks’ business messaging.
Kate earned an MFA from the University of California, San Diego and a BA from Western Michigan University.

Jay McBain is a Chief Analyst at Canalys, leading channels research in North America, as well as being an integral part of the worldwide channels research and advisory team. Jay is one of the most visible and respected thought leaders in the global channel ecosystem.
Jay is often sought out for industry guidance and future trends, helping vendors across the entire technology spectrum develop their partnering and ecosystem strategies. He regularly speaks at vendor channel events about major shifts in the channel ecosystem.
Jay grew up in Canada and currently lives in Florida. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Lethbridge and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Louisiana State University.
