The Lenovo ThinkSmart View Plus is an all-in-one device for next-gen collaboration using Microsoft Teams display with familiar tools and apps. Powered by Qualcomm®, this device is ideal for use as a personal or shared collaboration device for hot desking and virtual reception. With touchscreen functionality, the 27ʺ display makes switching between multiple applications a cinch — from chat to calendar to joining a meeting. Now, every room is the room where it happens, and all your colleagues can stay in the loop.
Web conferencing that feels more human
Enjoy razor-sharp images on the massive 27″ multitouch display with an antiglare, anti-fingerprint coating. A detachable 4K camera and detachable soundbar with two 5W speakers and four integrated mics make video calls supreme. The included magnetic stylus pen makes whiteboard collaborations easier than ever.
Hot desking is the new office
Built to switch between multiple users, the ThinkSmart View Plus is ideal for office environments supporting hot desking. Users can reserve a desk session using their personal Microsoft 365 license. Once logged in, they can access all their Teams applications and tools, including joining or creating meetings. When their session is complete, users can securely log off, removing all personal user data from the device.
Meet and Greet Visitors
The ThinkSmart View Plus conveniently functions as a virtual reception, enabling staff to greet visitors and patients for contactless check-in via video calls. IT admins can easily enable Virtual Front Desk mode and configure contact information to route video calls directly to multiple assigned employees serving as virtual receptionists. This functionality is ideal for businesses looking to provide personal assistance to customers and colleagues while at the same time leveraging limited resources.
Security for shared workspaces
When using hot desks or shared workspaces, keeping data secure and private across multiple employees is critical. Employees can securely login with facial recognition or scan a QR code with their smartphones for authenticated login. A webcam privacy shutter, mic-mute option, and meeting status light all help to ensure users are only sharing when they want to during meetings. But the best part? When sessions are over, ThinkSmart View Plus logs out employees and returns to the secure home screen.
