Electronically Delivered or Pre-installed Products

Digital Games
In addition to your Lenovo order confirmation email, you will also receive a Gaming Activation Instructions email. Please check all folders in your inbox for this email, including the spam folder. Most digital games will be fulfilled in the form of a game code or key, which can be activated via the third-party online gaming platform for the game. Please refer to the email for details specific to your digital game purchase.
You can retrigger the Gaming Activation Instructions email anytime from your Order Details page. Your Order Details page can be accessed from the link in your Lenovo order confirmation email or through your Lenovo Account. On your Order Details page, scroll down to the Item Details section, locate your digital game product and click the “Reprint Game Key” link. A pop up will notify you that the email has been successfully sent.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
To help prevent fraud, we cannot change the shipping address after your order has been placed. Sign up for a UPS My Choice account to have your package held at a UPS Access Point near you.
When should I receive my order if I purchased Expedited Shipping?
Your delivery time will vary depending on the delivery method you selected at checkout and applies to the amount of time it takes for the product to be delivered once it has shipped. My order has shipped but I plan on returning it, should I refuse the delivery?
We do not recommend this because refusing the package will tag the package as undeliverable when it is returned to Lenovo, resulting in a 15% restocking fee assessed to the customer's account. Please accept the delivery and if you would still like to return your product(s), please Contact Us or you can request a return directly through your Order Details page, which can be accessed through your Account or the links in your Lenovo order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.
Does Lenovo ship to offshore territories?
We ship to Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, and Guam.
Can I arrange for a specific delivery time since my package requires a signature for delivery?
Carriers are unable to provide a specific time for delivery however you may sign up for a UPS My Choice account, where an estimated window of time may be provided. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, please check your tracking number to determine if your package is being held at a UPS Access Point or if it has been sent back to Lenovo.

What happens after I request my return?
Once your return request has been processed by Lenovo you will receive an email containing your RMA (Return Authorization Number) return shipping label and next steps.

The reimbursement of the tax amount back to your original form of payment could take up to 90 days.

Where can I obtain a copy of my invoice?
Download your invoice on your Order Details page, which can be accessed through your Account or the link in your Lenovo order confirmation email. Please note that invoice(s) for your order will only be available once your order ships.
Removing a Bank Authorization
When you place an order, Lenovo contacts the issuing bank to confirm the validity of the payment method. Your bank reserves the funds until the transaction processes or the authorization expires, but this isn't an actual charge. We proceed with the actual charge when your item ships.
If your order is cancelled at any time for any reason, the bank may hold the authorization on your card for up to 10 business days. The authorization will be removed from your account according to the policies of your bank. You may request to reverse an authorization for a cancelled order before your banks authorization hold period by contacting Lenovo Credit Card Services (1-800-426-3325). This process can take 24-48 hours to complete depending on bank policies.
Note: International cards/banks holds could take up to 30 days to withdraw the authorization.
