ADP allows unlimited claims up to the value of the device. ADP ONE only allows one claim throughout the policy term.

ADP allows unlimited repairs up until the value of the device. ADP ONE allows one repair within the policy term purchased.

When you file a claim for accidental damage and utilize the ADP service for repair or replacement, Lenovo purchases credits supporting verified Gold Standard ^® Climate Action Projects to offset the estimated CO ₂ emissions associated with the repair.

The CO ₂ emission calculation is generated according to a methodology derived from environmental standards and industry best practices current at as of 4/26/24. The methodology was created by a leading professional services firm with data supplied by Lenovo.

Claims for accidental damage with ADP can be filed online through Lenovo’s support portal or by contacting Lenovo’s customer support directly. After filing, devices are diagnosed, repaired and returned.
