Most warranty upgrades can be purchased as long as your base warranty remains active. However, we recommend upgrading at the time of purchase or within ninety days. Some upgrades, like Accidental Damage Protection, can only be added within ninety days of purchase.

Depending on your device, the levels of coverage currently available are Depot, Onsite, Premier Support, Premier Support Plus, Premium Care, Premium Care Plus, Accidental Damage Protection (ADP), Keep your Drive (KYD), International Warranty, Sealed Battery Replacement, and Product Exchange. Our Warranty Upgrade page will filter options for you to simplify the process.

You can update Lenovo drivers by visiting the Drivers & Software page on Lenovo’s Support site. Enter your device's model or serial number to see available drivers and software updates. Select the appropriate driver for your operating system and download it. After downloading, run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your installation.

All these services offer advanced 24/7 tech support with fast-track resolution. Premier Support and Premier Support Plus are available for Think devices; most other devices, including tablets, will be eligible for Premium Care or Premium Care Plus.
