Q: What’s included in Accelerate registration fee?
Registration for Accelerate includes the following:
- Event registration
- Hotel accommodations for May 16, 17, and 18
- Optional boot camps
- Monday evening Welcome Reception
- Keynote, breakouts, access to the Showcase
- Tuesday and Wednesday evening activities
- Meals Monday evening through Wednesday evening
Is the registration a two-part process?
Yes, it’s a two-part process. Attendees will be asked to complete the registration form, then select their room accommodations. Both the event pass and the hotel costs are included in the total event price. The credit card is stored on file for incidentals.
What day should I arrive and leave Accelerate?
You should arrive on May 16th and depart on May 19th. The event kicks off with a Welcome Reception on Monday, May 16th at 6:00PM PT. If you are participating in the datacenter boot camps, we recommend you arrive before 11:00AM PT. If necessary, make sure you adjust your hotel accommodations accordingly.
Can I book additional days before or after the conference and pay the additional costs?
Yes. If you'd like to extend your stay either before or after Accelerate, you can take advantage of our event hotel room rate, based on hotel availability. You can select your check-in and check-out dates when you make your reservation with the hotel.
Can I invite a guest for the evening events?
Yes, guests at least 21 years old can join both Tuesday and Wednesday evening activities. There is a charge of $200 per event. You can select the options during the registration process and pay during checkout.
What are the Health and Safety Commitments for Accelerate?
As an in-person attendee, your safety is our top priority. We have developed the following guidelines based on CDC-recommended practices and in accordance with guidance from federal, state, and local authorities, as well as guidance set forth by the venue.
- In accordance with Clark County guidelines as of March 14, 2022, masks are optional at the Wynn Las Vegas, in all public areas, and the event areas.

- Known COVID-19-positive cases will be directed to the Wynn Las Vegas Health and Safety team, who will provide guests with additional resources and guidance.
- Sanitizing stations will be available throughout the meeting space.
- If you are exhibiting any symptoms, do not attend any event-related activities.

We ask that in-person attendees follow all safety instructions provided by the event staff. Please do not attend any in-person event if you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of illness.
Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. The CDC recommends that people get fully vaccinated. Per the CDC, vaccines are safe and highly effective at protecting people from severe COVID-19. Getting fully vaccinated yourself may also protect people around you. The CDC still recommends prevention measures for unvaccinated people. What is the reimbursement policy if there is a local or federal lockdown (travel not permitted) due to COVID?
If the event is canceled or there is a lockdown put in place by State or Federal government, Lenovo will refund the cost of the event.
