Make your career accelerate with Lenovo's LASR Sales Rotational Program
About the Program
The Lenovo Accelerated Sales Rotational Program [LASR] offers both internship and full time opportunities based out of our North America Headquarters in Morrisville, North Carolina.

Our two-year sales development program, with both non-technical and technical tracks includes: comprehensive onboarding, business rotation to establish strong strategic acumen aligned to business priorities, professional development curricula, and immersive sales and product training. In addition, the program also includes consumer to relationship segment rotations within Inside Sales and beyond.
We host a 10-week opportunity to work and collaborate with various groups within the sales organization to solve real business problems. "What I have loved most about the ISR role is probably the opportunity to apply knowledge I picked up as a LASR throughout my career and apply it practicly to serve our customers, make an impact, and show what I have learned to benefit customers" - Carter Searcy

"LASR is more like a family, everybody is here to engage and help each other learn. We’re all here for the same reasons, it’s a family and people are willing to help you out around the company, especially since you are early in career, it definitely helps knowing that you have a community behind you that are willing to help you if you need it. People want to see you succeed while you are here, the LASR program allows you to reach out to those who are knowledgable to get what you need to help you grow as a individual, you are able to learn about the company and in turn you are able to learn about yourself." - Brian Pettiford

Lenovo has a wide variety of benefits available to employees for their health, emotional, and financial well-being. Here some of our LASR's utilize just one of the many health resources we have at our Morrisville, NC headquarters.

LASR’s have a variety of opportunities to attend networking events together throughout the fiscal year to socialize with a variety of employees and leadership at Lenovo.

LASR’s also have many chances to give back to their local communities through multiple volunteer events that are available to all employees both in the US and Canada.
Testimonials

Marie Johnson - Public Sector Inside Sales
"LASR gives exposure and opportunity. As LASRs we get exposed to senior leadership and many parts of the business early in our Lenovo journey. The rotational aspect of the program also challenged us to be intentional in building sustainable relationships as our time with each team was brief."

Seth Bell - PC Specialist - Public Sector K12
"The LASR Program has been instrumental in the shaping of my professional career by emphasizing the importance of the sales process, customer relations, professional growth, and networking. The structured rotations combined with meaningful senior level mentors helped quickly kickstart my sales career. At times the LASR Program will pull you out of your comfort zone, but this will allow growth and professional development opportunities. For me, the biggest selling point of the LASR Program are the friendships and valuable connections along with lessons that will last through your professional and personal life."

Morgan Tracy - Corporate Field Account Executive
"The mentorship, support and leadership are unmatched. Having supportive management coming out of college is so important for your career- LASR has provided me with so many invaluable relationships with leaders that support my goals, challenge me to take risks, and provide me with what I need to be successful.
