Yuanqing Yang joined the Lenovo Group in 1989 and has played a key role in Lenovo’s transformation into a US$62 billion global technology powerhouse, employing 77,000 people and serving customers in 180 markets around the world.
Under his leadership, Lenovo completed the acquisition of the IBM PC business in May 2005 and the acquisitions of the IBM x86 server business and Motorola Mobility in October 2014. After leading the company to become the largest PC company in the world, Yang has built new growth engines, including infrastructure, mobile, and solutions and services, driving Lenovo to transform from a device provider to a solution provider, charging full speed ahead toward its vision of smarter technology for all. Lenovo has been recognized extensively for its leadership and innovation, including inclusion on Fortune’s list of the World’s Most Admired Companies in the world for the since 2019. Lenovo is ranked 8th on Gartner’s 2022 list of the world’s Top 25 Global Supply Chains and #217 on the 2023 Fortune Global 500 list, meaning it ranks in the top 15 of all technology companies in the world. In addition, Lenovo’s ESG efforts have received numerous industry recognitions, including the 2023 Disability Equality Index (DEI), 2023 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index and a Top AA rating in 2023 Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index.
Yang has been the recipient of multiple awards and industry accolades. He was on Barron's Best CEOs list from 2013 to 2015 and won the Edison Achievement Award in 2014. Additionally, Yang has been named one of China's Most Influential Business Leaders by Fortune China every year for the 12 years.
Yang was born in Anhui Province of China in November 1964. He received a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Science and Technology of China and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Yang serves as a member of the International Advisory Council of Brookings Institute and is a board member of Baidu, Inc. and TaiKang Insurance Group.

As Lenovo’s Global CIO, Art leads the enterprise-wide IT organization that provides information services, manages critical operational systems, and drives technology-enabled transformation for Lenovo. With his vision of IT as a strategic partner to the business, he has delivered capabilities that enabled Lenovo to grow from a PC-led company into a global technology solutions leader.
The transformation includes building a global technology platform, powering Lenovo's fast-growing businesses, including eCommerce and gaming, as well as the new “as a Service” business models that offer customers increased choice and outcome-based delivery.
In addition to his role as Global CIO, Art was appointed as Chief Technology and Delivery Officer (CTDO) of SSG in February 2023. As CTDO, Art leads a new organization that brings together the global IT, research and development, services support, and delivery functions to advance how Lenovo brings its innovative solutions to customers worldwide.
In 2023, Art was recognized as one of the CIOs to watch in the Forbes CIO Next List, and has led the team to multiple CIO 100 Award recognitions, which honor organizations and teams within them that deploy IT in innovative ways that drive transformation and business value delivery.
Prior to Lenovo, Arthur was with McKinsey & Company, focused on strategy and technology management. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in computer science from Stanford University.

Ashley Gorakhpurwalla joined Lenovo in 2024 and is currently Executive Vice President of Lenovo, President of the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and a member of Lenovo’s Executive Committee. He oversees Lenovo’s global business, focused on driving intelligent transformation with AI-ready infrastructure that goes beyond the data center from edge to cloud.
Before joining Lenovo, he was Executive Vice President and General Manager, HDD at Western Digital Corporation. Prior to joining Western Digital, Ashley served as President and General Manager of Servers and Infrastructure Systems at Dell Technologies.
With over 30 years of technology industry experience, Ashley is widely known in the enterprise data center business as a strong leader dedicated to delivering exceptional business results.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University - Kingsville.

Che Min (Jammi) Tu is Senior Vice President and Group Operations Officer of Lenovo. The Group Operations organization consists of teams spanning from Global Supply Chain to Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Sales Operations, and Strategic Alliances. This diverse organization serves a global group of internal and external stakeholders with the mission of driving Lenovo’s operational excellence, supporting the company-wide digital transformation, and harmonizing end-to-end business processes and tools across all Lenovo with the goal of delivering the best end-to-end customer experience. He is also a member of Lenovo’s Executive Committee.
Tu joined Lenovo in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the EMEA geography. Most recently, he led the Finance team as the CFO for the Personal Computing & Smart Devices (PCSD) Group, eCommerce, and Global Accounts organizations and was the Chief Operating Officer of Lenovo’s Intelligent Devices Group (IDG), playing a crucial role in leading that organization to record performance.
Before joining Lenovo, Tu was the CFO of Acer Inc. Prior to that, he held numerous leadership roles at Acer, including Treasury Director in charge of corporate finance functions, CFO of Acer EMEA, and special assistant to Acer’s Chief Executive Officer.
Tu holds an MBA from the University of Manchester. He serves as a Director on the Board of Fujitsu Client Computing Limited as well as LPK Limited.

Since 2020 Doug Fisher has been Lenovo’s Senior Vice President and Chief Security and AI Officer. In 2024 he expanded the role to include oversight of the company’s AI governance.
As Chief Security and AI Officer, he has worldwide responsibility and oversight for the integrity of Lenovo’s enterprise infrastructure, supply chain, products, services and solutions, and data protection. In his expanded role, Doug supports Lenovo’s “Smarter AI for all” vision by leading Lenovo’s AI governance, championing Lenovo’s AI Policy and working alongside Lenovo’s Responsible AI Committee to evaluate all of Lenovo’s AI solutions against several key pillars including diversity and inclusion, environmental and social impact.
Doug is a proven leader, recognized for his enterprise software expertise, with deep relationships across the technology industry. Before assuming his current role, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). He was responsible for all ISG’s business segments and drove greater alignment across product management, operations, solutions, and product marketing.
Before joining Lenovo, he worked at Intel for 24 years, where he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Software and Services Group (SSG). He was responsible for platform software development worldwide, with resources in more than 20 countries, driving key SW efforts end-to-end for all of Intel’s IoT, Devices, and Data Center businesses.
He is currently Chairman of the Joint Development Foundation's board. Previously, he was Chairman of the Linux Foundation, served on the boards of BlueData, Wind River Systems, and SecureAuth, and was a member of the Oregon State University Dean’s Leadership Council in the College of Engineering.
Doug began his career at age 17 when he enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Oregon State University and a Master's in Management from Stanford University.

Gao Lan has been with Lenovo since 2009 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources (HR), overseeing the company's HR functions and crafting strategies that drive the business transformation. Prior to her current position, Lan held several vice president roles at Lenovo leading various teams, including Emerging Markets Group HR Partner, Asia Pacific Latin America & China HR Partner, People & Organization Capability, HR Strategy & Operations, and Data Center Group HR Partner.
Throughout her career, Lan has been committed to building a strategic human resources team to support business strategy implementation and drive transformation. In 2018, she introduced the “Zone to Win” management method, which provides customized management and support for businesses at different stages of development. This approach solved the challenge of developing new businesses while ensuring the efficient operation of mature ones, and drove the growth of Lenovo's diversified businesses, contributing to the company's rapid growth.
She has also helped Lenovo win numerous awards, including the recent consecutive wins of the Ram Charan Management Practice Award in both 2021 and 2022.
Before joining Lenovo, Lan served as Vice President of Human Resources for Thomson's Asia Pacific region, Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Gas in BP, and Country Head of Human Resources for Novartis China and Hong Kong.
Lan earned a Master of Philosophy from Cambridge University, a Bachelor of Science from Nankai University in China, and completed the Leadership Excellence for Business HR Program at Stanford University in the U.S. She also studied Human Resource Management at the Western Management Institute of Beijing.
Lan is a council for CHO 100 in China and serves as an Executive Member of the China HR Management and Practice Committee of Renmin Business School.

George He joined the Group in 1986, is the Senior Vice President of the Company, and President of Lenovo Capital and Incubator Group.
He has been the key contributor for Lenovo's major product lines and innovative technologies. He founded and led Lenovo Research & Technology in 1999, Lenovo Ecosystem and Cloud Services Group in 2014, and Lenovo Capital and Incubator Group in 2016. He has been in charge of building Lenovo research system and technology strategy, driving technology innovation and strategic emerging business development, as well as bridging internal incubation and external investment to build Lenovo ecosystem.
He was awarded the National Science and Technology Progress Award several times and was elected as a standing member of the CPPCC of Beijing in 2018.
He holds a bachelor's degree in computer communication from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and a master's degree in computer engineering from the Institute of Computing Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Gina Qiao joined the company in 1990 and is Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for driving all strategy, branding, and marketing activities for Lenovo.
Prior to these roles, she held various senior positions in marketing, global strategy, and human resources, as well as Lenovo’s Mobile Business Group in China. She has served on the Executive Committee of the All-China Women’s Federation. In addition, she is the co-author of The Lenovo Way: Managing a Diverse Global Company for Optimal Performance, a global bestseller and recommended by Amazon.com as one of the best books for CEOs.
Qiao has been recognized among Fortune China’s Most Influential Businesswomen and China Entrepreneur Magazine’s annual list of the Most Powerful Businesswomen. She has also been listed among the 2023 Forbes China 100 Top Businesswomen.
Qiao holds a bachelor's degree in management science from Fudan University, as well as an EMBA from China Europe International Business School.

Ken Wong is Executive Vice President and President, Lenovo Solutions & Services Group, leading the company’s business worldwide in smart verticals, attached services, managed services, and “as a service” (aaS) offerings including Device as a Service and TruScale™.
Prior to this role, he led Lenovo Asia Pacific PCs and Smart Devices for five years, where he grew the business to the #1 position. Additionally, from 2016 to early 2021, he was Chairman of NEC Lenovo Japan Group, and from 2018 to early 2021, he was Chairman of Fujitsu Client Computing Limited, where he remains a member of the Board of Directors. Previously, he was responsible for driving the development and implementation of Lenovo’s global corporate strategy, reporting directly to company CEO and Chairman Yuanqing Yang.
In the last two decades in the technology sector, he has built up extensive experience in several core aspects of business strategy and operations, spanning product operations, services, sales, and marketing. He also has a successful track record in managing complex geographies, having served in leadership roles at global, regional, and market levels across Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (MEA), and Latin America. Before joining Lenovo, he spent a decade with IBM, moving to Lenovo with its purchase of IBM’s PC division in 2005.
He graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Engineering in computer science, and holds an Executive MBA jointly awarded by The University of Hong Kong, Columbia University, and the London Business School. He is based in Hong Kong, where he lives with his wife, daughter, and son, while enjoying golf and mixed martial arts in his leisure time.

Laura G. Quatela is Senior Vice President and Chief Legal & Corporate Responsibility Officer. She is a member of Lenovo’sExecutive Committee. The Financial Times named her among the top 20 GCs in the World in June 2021. In November 2021, she was inducted into the IP Hall of Fame as a joint winner of IAM’s Inaugural Q. Todd Dickinson Award. She is also a member of World 50.
Quatela co-founded Quatela Lynch LLC, a consulting practice helping clients leverage IP assets and organizations, and make informed technology investment decisions.
From April 2013 to June 2019, Quatela served on the Board of Directors of Technicolor SA, a French company traded on the NYSE Euronext Paris exchange and a worldwide technology leader in the media and entertainment sectors. At various points in her tenure, she chaired the Strategy and Remunerations Committees, and sat on the Technology and Nominations & Governance Committees.
Before leaving Eastman Kodak in February 2014, Quatela was President of the company. She also served as Co-Chief Operating Officer in 2012. Additionally, Quatela led Kodak’s $1.4 billion consumer film, photographic paper, retail photo kiosk and event imaging businesses. She managed their divestiture to the company’s UK pension plan, which held the single largest claim filed in Kodak’s bankruptcy case. Sale of the iconic consumer businesses resolved this claim and enabled Kodak to emerge from Chapter 11.
Quatela joined Kodak in 1999 and held various positions in the company’s Legal department. She next moved to the CFO’s staff to help restructure Kodak’s finance functions. In 2004 she joined a small team charged with licensing the company’s technology and patents, including Kodak’s foundational digital camera portfolio. Quatela developed this effort into a business that generated more than $4 billion in revenue.
In 2006 the Board of Directors elected her a corporate Vice President. In 2008 Quatela was appointed Kodak’s first Chief Intellectual Property Officer, a role she retained when she was named General Counsel and elected a Senior Vice President of the company in 2011. In tandem with her corporate duties, Quatela headed Kodak’s OLED business, negotiating the sale of the seminal OLED patent portfolio to LG Electronics and others in 2009.
Prior to joining Kodak, Quatela worked for Clover Capital Management, Inc., SASIB Railway GRS, and Bausch & Lomb. In private law practice, she was a defense litigator specializing in mass tort cases.
Quatela is a member of the Board of the Help Us Give Smiles (HUGS) Foundation, supporting surgical missions to correct congenital ear and facial deformities of children living in the Andean States, Guatemala, Vietnam, and other areas of high incidence. Past advisory board and community work includes the Board of Managers of Provenance Asset Group LLC, and the Board of Trustees of Allendale Columbia School, the Strong National Museum of Play, and the Visiting Nurse Association of Rochester and Monroe County.
Quatela is a graduate of Denison University, B.A., International Politics (1979) and Case Western Reserve University School of Law, J.D. (1982), where she was inducted into the Society of Benchers. She is conversant in Mandarin.

Liu Jun joined Lenovo in 1993 and has served as Executive Vice President of Lenovo Group and President of Lenovo China since May 2017. Prior to his current role, he held a variety of leadership positions at the company, including General Manager of R&D for the PC business, head of the Desktop PC Business Unit, President of the Consumer IT Business Unit, Chief Operating Officer of Lenovo China, President of the Consumer Business Group, President of the Product Group, Executive Vice President of Lenovo Group, and President of the Mobile Business Group.
In his previous roles, Liu spearheaded Lenovo’s “Dual Model” strategic transformation, helping the firm outperform its rivals to become a global leader in the PC sector. As President of Lenovo’s Consumer Business Group, he successfully expanded the firm’s consumer PC business from China to over 100 countries and regions across the world, transforming Lenovo’s overseas market presence that was once dominated by the enterprise business. Liu also oversaw Lenovo’s smartphone business, helping smartphone shipments rise from 500,000 to 75 million units within four years, which made Lenovo one of the world’s top three smartphone vendors. Under his leadership, Lenovo successfully acquired and integrated Motorola Mobility in a deal that beat financial targets. Liu returned to Lenovo in 2017 and has since been responsible for Lenovo’s overall business in China and the company’s intelligent transformation.
Liu earned a bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University in 1993 before going on to receive an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Tsinghua in 2004. From 2006 to 2007, he completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School and the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) at Stanford Business School.

Luca Rossi joined Lenovo in 2015 and is currently the Executive Vice President of Lenovo and President of the Intelligent Devices Group (IDG). He oversees Lenovo’s global business in PCs, smartphones, tablets, workstations, software, and solutions in enterprise metaverse, cybersecurity, and smart collaboration.
Prior to his current role, Luca served as President of Lenovo’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Latin America geographies, leading the PC, smartphone, tablet, and server businesses.
Before joining Lenovo, he served as President of EMEA for Acer. His career at Acer included roles leading the Packard Bell business, the consumer business, and the entire product business.
Previously, he held a number of roles with ASUS, culminating in General Manager for ASUS Europe.
Fluent in Italian, English, and Portuguese, Rossi started his career as a 19-year-old entrepreneur setting up an Italian systems integrator under the Geo Microsystems brand.

As the leader of Lenovo’s International Sales Organization since 2021, Matt Zielinski is responsible for Lenovo’s go-to-market charge across markets throughout Asia Pacific, Japan, EMEA, Latin America, and North America. Zielinski leads the global sales teams to drive revenue and profit for all Lenovo businesses, while reinforcing a customer-centric culture and growing the company through its transformation from the world’s leading PC provider to a global technology solutions powerhouse. He is also a member of Lenovo’s Executive Committee and serves on the company’s Diversity and Inclusion Board.
Prior to leading International Sales Organization, Zielinski served as President of the North America Intelligent Devices Group since 2018. He was responsible for sales, daily operations, growth, and profitability for the US and Canada. The business closed its strongest year ever in fiscal 2020 with records in PC market share, shipments, revenue, and profit. Other tenure highlights include Lenovo reaching number 1 in PC share in Canada four times and number 2 in the U.S. consumer market for the first time during the first quarter of FY20. The record-setting FY20 results followed what was previously the NA IDG organization’s best-ever year in FY19.
Prior to joining Lenovo in February 2018, Zielinski was the Corporate Vice President and General Manager, head of worldwide OEM sales at AMD. He was responsible for leading AMD’s end-to-end efforts for all strategic OEMs, as well as global responsibility for end-user sales through all consumer and commercial routes to market.

Sergio Buniac was appointed Lenovo MBG Vice President and Motorola President in February 2018. In this role, Buniac leads all facets of Lenovo’s Mobile business — including R&D, product, sales, strategy, and supply chain — across global markets. As a +25-year veteran of Motorola, Buniac has held various leadership roles. Under his leadership, the company has returned to profitable growth, with 12 consecutive quarters of profitability. His redefined business strategy has put the company back on track. During this period, he not only defended and strengthened the company’s #2 in LATAM but also established it as a #3 in NA while driving hyper growth in EMEA and AP markets.
Besides his global role, Buniac is acting as Senior Vice President and General Manager for MBG Latin America, responsible for the business strategy for all operations in the region. With his guidance, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Peru reached a solid #2 position in market share across Latin America.
Previously, he spent three years in the U.S. leading the Strategic Planning and Companion Products businesses for the Americas region. Buniac also held leadership positions at IBM and Booz Allen Hamilton. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, a postgraduate degree from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), and bachelor’s in engineering from the University of São Paulo’s Escola Politécnica.

As Corporate CTO, SVP, Lenovo Technology Committee Vice-Chair, and Lenovo Executive Committee member, Dr. Tolga Kurtoglu leads Lenovo's corporate technology strategy and R&D planning & governance. Additionally, he leads Lenovo Research with focuses on AI, computing for smart devices and infrastructure, wireless communications, metaverse and robotics.
Dr. Kurtoglu is a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in business and innovation strategy. Prior to joining Lenovo in July 2024, he served in various roles as a chief executive & chief technology officer in leading organizations focusing on technology strategy, corporate innovation and incubation, and new business creation – including HP Labs, Palo Alto Research Center, and Dell.
Dr. Kurtoglu has numerous patents and publications in the fields of automation and machine intelligence, fault tolerant system design, and 3D/digital manufacturing. He brings over two decades of tech industry experience. During this tenure, he oversaw the transition of more than 40 innovations to the market through various commercialization strategies, including new product introductions, spin-offs, and partnerships with major corporations.
Dr. Kurtoglu holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon; and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, from the Univ. of Texas-Austin, and resides in Silicon Valley, California, USA.

Wai Ming is Executive Vice President of the Company and Chief Financial Officer.
Wong was previously an investment banker for more than 15 years and held senior management positions in listed companies in Hong Kong. He was an independent non-executive director of Lenovo from March 30, 1999 until his appointment to the position of CFO on May 23, 2007.
He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds a bachelor's degree in management sciences from the Victoria University of Manchester, U.K.

Dr. Yong Rui, who joined Lenovo in November 2016, is the Senior Vice President and President, Emerging Technology Group.
Rui played a critical role in establishing Lenovo’s first Technology Committee and has been serving as its vice-chair since inception. He oversees Lenovo’s overall technology strategy and R&D planning. Additionally, he leads the Lenovo Research organization that researches and develops technology advancements in the areas of advanced computing, artificial intelligence, cloud/edge computing, device innovation, wireless communications, metaverse, and vehicle computing. Rui’s leadership and contributions were key to Lenovo’s making BCG’s list of Top 50 Most Innovative Companies in the world.
Before joining Lenovo, Rui spent 18 years with Microsoft, where he held various leadership roles in R&D strategy, basic research, technology incubation, and product development.
A Fellow of ACM, IEEE, AAAS, IAPR, and SPIE, as well as a Foreign Member of Academia Europaea and Canadian Academy of Engineering, Rui is a world-renowned technologist and is recognized as a leading expert in AI. He holds 110 patents and is the recipient of the prestigious 2018 ACM SIGMM Technical Achievement Award as well as the 2016 IEEE Computer Society Edward J. McCluskey Technical Achievement Award.
Rui received his BS from Southeast University summa cum laude, his MS from Tsinghua University, and his PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC).
