I can’t remember who my sales representative is, where can I find out?

If you have forgotten who your dedicated Lenovo Pro sales representative is, visit your Member Profile to find your Administrator’s name and contact information, then send them an email to ask.  Alternatively, you may dial 1-866-426-0911 to call an advisor and have them assist you.

How does the tier system work?

Lenovo Pro provides you more benefits the more you use your membership.  The more you spend and take advantage of your exclusive member pricing on products and services, the more you get – and this is where the tier system comes into play.  Lenovo Pro membership consists of three primary tiers:  Pro, Plus, and Elite.  As your purchase activity increases, you will move up to a new tier level and unlock even additional benefits.  While there is no minimum spend to maintain your benefits at the Pro tier, members do need to meet an annual spend to maintain status at the Plus and Elite tiers.  For more information, click here
