No-Cost EMI option is applicable only on Minimum Cart Value of ₹15000
No-Cost EMI option is applicable only for EMI purchase through Credit Cards for 3,6,9 & 12 months tenure.
On choosing No-Cost EMI option for Credit Card, Customer will get a Refund of amount equal to the Interest Cost due to the bank. This will effectively make it a ‘No Cost’ payment. The Refund will be credited within 20 business days of delivery of the product.
The customer understands and confirms that s/he will need to pay the applicable EMI and Interest on total order value in accordance with the terms applicable on the Credit Card. The Interest Cost charged by the bank is being given back to the Customer as Refund (within 20 business days), thus netting it off over the tenure of the EMI scheme.
The Refund applicable on No-Cost EMI option is being offered exclusively by www.lenovo.com/in/en and does not amount to Interest waiver extended by the bank.
The discretion to allow the payment lies with the bank issuing the Credit Card. Lenovo will have no obligation or liability in the event the bank refuses to process the transaction for any reason.
The Bank charges annual interest rates according to the reducing monthly balance. In the monthly reducing cycle, the principal is reduced with every EMI and the interest is calculated on the outstanding balance.
The customer also understands that if s/he fails in timely payment of EMI, there may be additional interests/penalty which may be levied by the bank which may be higher than the discount offered under this scheme. Lenovo will not have any obligation or liability in such a scenario.
Any return/cancellation will be as per the return/cancellation policy of www.lenovo.com/in/en. In case of any kind of return/refund on an EMI transaction, interest already billed in a particular transaction will not be refundable under any circumstances. Customised orders cannot be cancelled.
www.lenovo.com/in/en will not charge a processing fee for availing EMI option. Bank may however charge processing fee or cancellation charges as per the banks policies. Such charges shall be paid by the customer and will not be refundable even in the event of return/cancellation of the order.
www.lenovo.com/in/en retains the right to modify or cancel this scheme at its sole discretion
The customer understands that for select products there may be a constraint on number of transactions per credit card.
Customers may be charged GST or other applicable taxes by the bank for these transactions
