We start to build your computer shortly after your order is placed. It's not always possible to cancel your order, so it's best to check with our customer service team as soon as possible if you change your mind. Cancellation request can be raised but cannot be guaranteed.

You have up to seven (7) calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate exchange or return for Dead On Arrival, Missing, Wrong, Damaged, or Cosmetic (“ MWDC”) issues. To initiate an exchange or return, please email to hkcs@lenovo.com to contact Lenovo customer support representatives. For the avoidance of doubt, Lenovo will not make refunds, accept returns and allow exchanges for non-MWDC issues. Please visit our T&C page for details.
- » There were damaged items included in the package upon receipt? What should I do?
If your order contains damaged items upon arrival or something doesn't look quite right, please contact 25930388 press 2 and we'll arrange a replacement.
- » I was charged HKD1 other than the order amount, why?
After your order is successfully placed, we will pre-authorize HKD1 on your credit card for security verification, it will be cancelled and returned to your credit card immediately.
- » My credit card was charged for a second time after a period of time, why?
After your order is placed, Lenovo will authorize a credit block with 7-15 days of validity. After the authorization failed, we will authorize another credit block again, and the first authorization will be cancelled and returned. Please rest assured that Lenovo will only charge you officially when the order is shipped.

We need someone to sign for delivery, so we can't ship to PO Boxes.
- » What happens if I'm not at home when your courier arrives?
Our courier service provider would call you before they come to the address, you may communicate with them to arrange the best timing for your delivery.
