Is Lenovo Pro Rewards the same as “My Account” on Lenovo Pro?
No, but members access their My Rewards dashboard through “My Account”. For customers who don’t have a “My Account” it will be created upon registration. For customers who already have a "My Account", Lenovo Pro Rewards registration is available through your "My Account".

If I return or cancel an order that I redeemed Lenovo Pro Rewards points on, how long does it take for my points to be returned to my account?
Your reward points that were redeemed on your returned or cancelled order will be credited back to your account as soon as Lenovo processes the retruned or cancelled order.

No, reward points cannot be earned or redeemed on Lenovo Data Center products, Lenovo Managed services, or Software Subscriptions.

What does 2x or 3x points mean?
Lenovo Pro Rewards can offer bonus point multiplier opportunities such as 2x (double) or 3x (triple) earn. This allows members to earn bonus points on their purchases, - 2x is calculated as 8% and 3x is calculated as 12% back in reward points.

How do I earn Lenovo Pro Rewards points?
Your SMB can earn 4% of your Lenovo Pro purchases back in reward points. You must be signed-in to your Lenovo Account and enrolled in the Lenovo Pro Rewards program to earn reward points on eligible purchases. View your My Rewards dashboard for other engagement activities to earn reward points.

How are Lenovo Pro Rewards points calculated?
Reward points are calculated on your subtotal exclusive of taxes and before shipping and payment. Your total order reward value can be viewed in cart.

Pending rewards are reward points issued but not yet redeemable. Reward points are available for redemption 30-day after invoice. Pending rewards can be viewed in your My Rewards dashboard.

Is there a limit to the value of Lenovo Pro Rewards points I can earn?
Yes, there is an annual limit of £2,000 in reward points. Members can still shop but after earning £2000 in reward points in the same calendar year your purchases will not be eligible to earn reward points.

Yes! You earn 2x Rewards (that's 8% back on purchases) during your Lenovo Pro Rewards registration anniversary month.

Do I get rewarded for referring a business
Yes, both you and the referred business can earn 100,000 points each.
To qualify, follow the steps below
- 1. Share the unique referral link from your Rewards Dashboard with your network.
- 2. Your referred business must sign up to become a Lenovo Pro Rewards members using the provided link.
- 3. Your referred friend needs to make a qualifying purchase of £1,200+.

You can earn rewards for referrals up to 10 times per calendar year.

How can I redeem Lenovo Pro Rewards points?
Reward points are redeemable in your cart at the time of checkout. Available reward points will automatically be applied to all orders. You can edit or remove applied rewards in your cart. Reward points applied to orders will also be displayed on the in-cart order summary.

Yes, you can use as many or as few rewards points to pay for full or partial payment!

What if I don't have enough reward points to buy what I want? How do I combine other forms of payment?
Redeemable reward points can be easily applied in cart at the time of checkout. Use as many or as few to pay for full or partial payment. Select the rewards points in the payment field and add additional payment methods.

No, Lenovo Pro Rewards points cannot be redeemed on taxes or shipping.

Do Lenovo Pro Rewards points expire?
Yes, reward points expire 6 months after they become earned status. Rewards will expire at the end of the 6th month. To access your earned points status, please visit your My Rewards dashboard.

What if I use only a portion of the value of Lenovo Pro Reward points? What happens to the remaining value of my reward points?
Reward points not redeemed at the time of purchase will remain in your account until the 6th month expiration date. Available and expiring rewards can be viewed in your My Rewards dashboard.

If Lenovo Pro Rewards points expire, can I get my reward points retroactively if I wanted to buy an item using reward points but at the time was out of stock?
