Osama Aldeek

Osama Aldeek is a Growth Marketing Manager with over a decade of experience in tech and retail (including SMB), leading key retail accounts and spearheading NA tablet marketing strategy at Lenovo. He specializes in transforming customer challenges into opportunities through technology. Raised in a family of small business owners, Osama understands the struggles and rewards of small businesses. He actively supports local businesses both in his hometown and while traveling. Osama feels honored and energized to support small business owners on their journey with Lenovo’s innovative technology solutions.

Jessica Bragg

Jessica Bragg has been with Lenovo for 2 years, heightening her love for the technology industry and desire to build relationships with businesses across the nation. She enjoys the process of finding ideal solutions for customers, gathering the right resources, and watching the results come to life. The innovation and sense of community that small businesses bring about has inspired Jessica throughout life, and she’s eager to assist these owners on their journeys while also being positively impacted by their entrepreneurship.

Candace Cecconi

Candace Cecconi has been with Lenovo for 17 years, serving customers in a variety of sales roles from PC to Data Center and currently Services Solutions in the Channel. She is passionate about networking and cross collaboration with Employee Resource Groups as well as leading philanthropic efforts through the Lenovo Foundation. Candace will bring her positive attitude and energy to the small businesses she works with through Evolve Small to drive even greater impact to the communities they serve!

Josh Harvin

Josh Harvin has spent three years at Lenovo delivering reliable technology solutions and excellent service. His commitment to helping others succeed drives his dedication to giving back. From his mother's event design business to his wife's interior design venture, he has witnessed the hard work small businesses put into supporting their communities. Josh believes the world is better when small businesses thrive and is passionate about helping them flourish.

Kenya Chapman

Kenya Chapman is a master at collaboration. Her almost two decades at Lenovo has given her the opportunity to lean in and become a valued expert across our Marketing and Global Supply chain organizations. Kenya takes pride in being a vital member of her small home town where her grandparents took root many years ago. She brings a positive energy and spirit that makes others believe in themselves and the greatness they have to offer the world.

Katie Reed

Katie has been with Lenovo for 6 years and has 10+ years in the industry. She has a passion or giving back to her community and teaching her kids to do the same. Katie enjoys working with customers to understand their why — why they do what they do, so that she can create tech solutions that will help them thrive.

Yvette Wedow

Yvette likes to leverage her personal and professional experience to help others. Ever since she was a child growing up in South America, Yvette has taken the time to volunteer and help her community. She is always looking for ways to support local small businesses in her community or as she travels across the country. With more than 5 years of experience at Lenovo and 15 years in the tech industry, Yvette is passionate about finding the best solution for each customer she encounters.

Kaila Woodard

Kaila has been at Lenovo for 7 years and 2 of them have been focused on providing the right product for SMB customers. She thrives on making new connections and building relationships; it has been her most favorite and most fulfilling aspect of working for Lenovo, while also being in roles that have allowed her to flourish in this area. She is looking forward to being on the frontline with these business owners and learning more about them while also being a resource to them in their journeys.

Since 2021 Lenovo Evolve Small has provided financial grants to more than 100 small business owners across North America. Not for profit partner Goodie Nation is the trusted, multicultural community for post-accelerator diverse founders and social entrepreneurs. Lenovo Evolve Small is excited to partner with them once again to provide more grants and support to small businesses in 2025.

Meet Chantel Cohen

Chantel founded CWC Coaching & Therapy with the vision to bring a holistic approach to the mental health industry.

Through the Become One Again™ Method, her company assists individuals in healing and deepening the three most important relationships in their lives: their relationship with themselves, their relationship with their significant other, and their relationship with their career or business.

Together with her team, she provides mental health services with a business coaching lens, aiming to help clients find prosperity in the broader sense of the word. She is particularly passionate about fostering representation among mental health care providers and empowering entrepreneurs of color and women business owners to create the lives they always imagined for themselves.
